Terms & Conditions


All purchases must be paid for in FULL before any goods are released. Payment must be received within 7 days of purchase or your order maybe cancelled, unless previous notice has been given.

We accept payment via credit or debit card over the phone, cheque or money order. You can also make payment to our Paypal account at sales@celebrityautographs.london

Please DO NOT send cash through the post to pay for your items. If making payment by cheque, please allow 5 working days for your cheque to clear.

International buyers wishing to pay by cheque. We only accept cheques in pounds sterling. We DO NOT accept personal cheques from customers outside of the United Kingdom.

All goods remain in the ownership of Celebrity Autographs until they have been paid for in full.


If you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it to us within 30 days for a FULL refund of the purchase price. 

You (the buyer) are responsible for all return charges and the safe return of the goods, which must be returned in the same method they were posted. Goods must also be returned in the same condition they were sent with the original Certificate of Authenticity and Purchase Receipt / Invoice. Your refund will not include your original postage charge.

Once the goods have been returned and inspected, a full refund of the cost of the item will be issued in the same form as payment was received normally within 3 working days.

Refunds are only issued to the original purchaser and NOT to any 3rd party. We retain digital images of all signed items sold for security and authentication purposes.


All items sold by Celebrity Autographs are guaranteed authentic for life, and come with our Certificate of Authenticity (COA) to prove that they are the genuine article and were signed by the named person or persons.

Please note: We do not transfer ownership of any items sold on by anyone buying from Celebrity Autographs.
